    • Neeltje Gosem werd geboren in Volendam, gemeente Edam, wijk 7, nr. 135. Aangifte werd gedaan door de 72-jarige Klaasje Koning, zonder beroep, wonende in Volendam, die bij de bevalling aanwezig was. De vader was wegens beroepsbezigheid afwezig.
      Volgens haar overlijdensakte was Neeltje Gosem 72 jaar oud, zonder beroep, geboren in Edam, wonende in Wormerveer, gehuwd met Dirk Grootjen, dochter van Jan Gosem en Jansje Keizer, beiden overleden. Ze overleed in Wormerveer, Acacialaan 50. Aangifte werd gedaan door de 60-jarige aanspreker Franciscus Room, wonende in Wormerveer.
