In 1891, he worked as a fruit grower, boarding with John and Mary Nind in Bengeworth, in Worcester. Frank married Elizabeth Stanley (1875-1912), with whom he had three children, marrying in 1897 and residing in Wickhamford. He worked as a fruit grower and market gardener. In 1911, they lived in Aldington.
