      Het gezin is uit armoede verhuisd van Vollenhove naar Wormerveer. Op 31-10-1919 vertrok het gezinshoofd met Thijmen, de oudste zoon, naar Wormerveer. Op 17-2-1920 volgde de echtgenote met de rest van het gezin naar Wormerveer, waar nog wel wat werk te krijgen was. Net voor ze vertrokken stierf plotseling een dochter, en toen ze pas in Wormerveer woonden stierf opnieuw een dochter.

    • Klaas, zoon van de 44-jarige visser Thijmen Alberts Klappe en Johanna Mossel, werd geboren in Stad Vollenhove, op het Oldehuisplein. Aangifte werd gedaan door de vader, bijgestaan door de 48-jarige arbeider Teunis Elfring, en de 32-jarige visser Christoffel Oldenhof, beiden wonende in Stad Vollenhove.
